Mr. Ron Atlas, C.P.A.
Position: President and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Atlas is a C.P.A. and retired attorney in the State of Illinois, U.S. He has been a business leader and an investor in various mining companies for 18 years. Heavily involved in the construction industry, Mr. Atlas has employed over 100 people and has been the chief operating officer of Paragon Aquatech, Ltd. a designer and constructor of many aquatic features throughout the U.S.
Mr. Atlas is presently CFO and Director of Toro Resources. Mr. Atlas has sat on the board of directors of Inca Pacific (U.S. division).

Position: Director
Steven Chan is past Vice President of Cambridge House Conferences: a division of Cambridge House International Inc. He was instrumental in building Cambridge House into Canada's leading investment conference company, serving the mining and natural resource industry. At Cambridge House he worked with every aspect of the mining industry including public companies, brokerage firms, fund managers, letter writers, analysts and retail investors. Currently he consults with public companies in the areas of financing and public relations.

Position: Director
Corry J. Silbernagel holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainbleau, France and a Bachelors degree in Applied Science from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Silbernagel was most recently CFO of Cabo mining Enterprises Corp. (TSXV-CBE) one of Canada's largest exploration drilling services companies. Prior to Cabo, Mr. Silbernagel was a management and financial consultant working as a corporate advisor in strategy, finance, business development and marketing. As a professional engineer, Mr. Silbernagel has managed large-scale projects in excess of $100 million in the mining and oil and gas industry for companies that include Suncor Energy and TransAlta Energy. Mr. Silbernagel also sits on the advisory board of the ACT Cinemage Group (TSXV-CIG).

Position: Executive Vice President
For the past 21 years, Bill Galine has been involved in corporate finance and marketing. He has worked in public relations and corporate communications since 1984 as a business owner and as a consultant to public companies. At this time he also serves as president of Toro Resources Corp. His combined experience and knowledge in the area of investor relations and business is an asset to Expedition Mining Inc. He is a graduate of San Diego State University.

Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Avelino joined Expedition on February 2005 as a financial consultant responsible for the accounting department and the Company's financial reporting requirements. In March 2007, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer. He brings with him a Business Administration degree from the University of Ateneo and CGA background with over 25 years of accounting and financial management experience in both the private and public sectors. Since 1986 Mr. Avelino has dealt with start-up ventures and public companies involved in the resource sector and high tech enterprises. Mr. Avelino also deals with pre-exploration companies listed with the SEC. Prior to dealing with public companies, Mr. Avelino was the general accountant for a Vancouver manufacturing & retail company in the forest industry. He has served as a director or officer of various companies, and now brings his broad range of experience to Expedition and its management team.

Position: Director
James (Jim) Chapman, P. Geo, is a graduate of University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology. His 35 years experience in the industry includes all aspects from project generation through implementation and report preparation for owners, clients and regulatory authorities. These programs have included: mineral exploration for gold, silver, copper, molybdenum, base metals, diamonds, phosphate, graphite and uranium in Canada, the United States, Mexico, South and Central America, Africa and Europe. He is currently a director of Golden Cross Resources.

Position: Director
Mr. Watt is the founder and President of Rosemill & Associates, a private financial consulting company. He is currently the CFO and director of Gold Reach Resources Ltd. and International Samuel Exploration Corp. and director of Toro Resources Corp. Mr. Watt has previously served as CFO and director to a number of TSX Venture Exchange companies including AndeanGold Ltd. and Inca Pacific Resources Inc.
